• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or holidays.
• Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

Local Pickup Policy

• Customers will be notified when their order is ready.
• Orders should be picked up within 14 days.
• Unclaimed orders after 30 days may be considered abandoned without refund.
